Well, Meghan has tagged me to share my top 5 websites. I think it's just a cheap ploy to force me to make a post. I protested that if I didn't read HER post, I didn't have to do it. But since she tied me to my desk chair and told me about it, apparently that means I have to post. Without further ado:
1. Snopes
-Urban Legends Reference Pages. I am addicted to this site. I literally visit it every day. When I have time, I am on it for longer than an hour at a stretch.
2. MSN
-The real MSN. Not that pansy-ass msn.ca, the real deal. I want news! I want to know what is going on in the American election primaries! I want to know what celebrity has fallen into a hole lined with sharpened toothbrushes the day it happened, not two days later! I want headlines, headlines, headlines!
3. Weather Network
-Yes, I'm a huge dork. I compulsively check the weather, especially at work as I don't have a window to check it out with my own eyes. Which is why I don't find out until the end of the day that the weather people lied to me yet again.
4. BSC Headquarters blog
-Okay. I may be a dork, but not so much of a dork that I still read BSC books as a serious endeavour. Which is why I read this blog that is so awesome. She's about my age. She read a BSC book, then posts about how much less cool it is now that she's not like ten years old. It is vastly entertaining.
5. The Synchronicity of Indeterminacy
-So I don't read this one every day, but it's definitely in my top 5 because it is so unique and cool. He finds a photo online and writes a short story about it. He actually did one of my pictures a couple of years ago. Anyways, it's a very creative and funky vibe that I get from his blog and I love it.
